Everything ships from Bozhou, Anhui, China. Orders are packed within two business days and every parcel is tracked end to end.

Transit times are what we actually see, not carrier marketing figures. They exclude customs holds, which we cannot control and cannot predict.
Duties and import tax
Prices at checkout do not include import duty or local tax. Whether you are charged depends on your country’s threshold and on the declared value, which we declare honestly. We will not mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare its value — that is fraud, and it is your parcel that gets seized, not ours.
Packing
Each piece ships in a rigid box with the A6 story card, inside a padded outer. If you are sending an order straight to a recipient, say so in the order notes and we will leave the price off the paperwork inside the box.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. International tracking can go quiet for several days between the export scan and the destination country’s first scan; that gap is normal and is not a lost parcel.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for fourteen days, write to hello@xuanora.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we replace it if the piece still exists, and refund in full if it does not.
