Useful things to include
- Order questions — the order number from your confirmation email.
- Sizing — the circumference of your wrist in inches or centimetres, measured with a tape or a strip of paper. Ring sizes and glove sizes do not help us.
- “Is anything like this coming back?” — the product name or the URL of the piece that sold out. We can usually say yes, no, or roughly when.
- Wholesale and stockists — tell us where you are and what kind of shop. We do supply a small number of retailers.
What we will not answer well
Requests to authenticate or value something you bought elsewhere. We are not an appraisal service and a photograph is not enough to judge material honestly.
