Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send the shipping confirmation. If a piece turns out to have sold in the meantime — which can happen, because most stock is one of one — we will tell you and refund in full, immediately.
Prices
All prices are in United States dollars and exclude shipping, import duty and local tax. We may change prices at any time; the price you were charged at checkout is the price that holds for your order.
Product descriptions
We describe material, dimensions and origin as accurately as we can, and we photograph pieces as they are. Natural material varies: colour, veining and inclusions will differ from the photographs and between two pieces of the same design. Traditional meanings are given as cultural background and are marked as lore. Nothing sold here is a health, medical, financial or spiritual product, and no claim of that kind is made or should be inferred.
Age
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order.
Returns
Governed by our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Statutory rights in your country apply on top of it and are not reduced by anything here.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
Photographs, product text and the Xuanora name belong to us. You are welcome to share them with a link back; you are not welcome to use them to sell your own goods.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. This does not remove consumer protections you hold in your own country of residence.
