What we collect
- Order information — name, shipping address, email, phone if you give one, and what you bought. We need all of it to ship a parcel and to clear customs.
- Payment information — handled by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
- Technical information — IP address, browser, and pages viewed, for security and for understanding which products people actually look at.
What we do with it
Fulfil your order, answer your emails, meet our accounting and customs obligations, and prevent fraud. We send marketing email only if you asked for it, and every one of those has a working unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Our shipping carrier and the customs authorities of your country receive the name, address and declared contents — there is no way to ship internationally without this. Our payment provider receives what it needs to take payment. Nobody else. We do not sell personal data and we do not trade mailing lists.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email correspondence for two years. Technical logs for ninety days.
Your rights
Write to hello@xuanora.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will action it within thirty days. Deletion cannot cover records we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you plainly which ones those are.
Cookies
The store uses cookies to keep your cart between pages and to keep you logged in. Turning them off will break checkout. We do not run advertising trackers on this site at present; if that changes, this page changes first.
